Delivery Options
We use PostNL / FedEx / UPS as our parcel service. Our packages are delivered to your location by PostNL / FedEx / UPS. When ordering a product, you can specify where the order should be delivered.
Standard shipping costs €6.99 to €19.99
Express shipping costs €22.99 to €34.00
Incorrect delivery address: If you have provided the wrong delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible. However, if the goods have already been shipped, we will have to resend them and the shipping costs will be at your own expense.
Not at home? If you are not present at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will generally be made. If you are not home again, the goods will be returned. We can resend the goods, but the shipping costs will be at your own expense.
When will I receive my order? As soon as you place an order in our webshop, we often process the order the same day. Depending on our stock, you can expect to receive your order within two to ten working days after payment has been received.
