Terms of Sale
Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment, except for custom-made products.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and express delivery. The availability and cost of these options depend on your location and the size of your order.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. Orders over €200 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
Delivery: We work with reputable courier services to deliver your order safely and on time. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and your location.
Track & Trace: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow the status of your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship to all European countries, including Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and many others.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time: Depending on our stock, you can expect your order within 2 to 10 business days after payment is received. If we are unable to deliver the products, the order will be canceled immediately and you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
Delivery
Courier Services: We use PostNL, FedEx, and UPS for the delivery of our packages. You can specify the delivery address during the ordering process.
Incorrect Address: If you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address, please inform us as soon as possible. If the goods have already been shipped, we can resend the shipment; however, the costs will be at your own expense.
Not at Home: If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually attempt a second delivery. If you are still not available, the package will be returned to us. We can resend the package, but the shipping costs will then be at your own expense.
Damage or Defects
Inspection Upon Receipt: We recommend refusing delivery if you notice visible damage to the package upon receipt. If you suspect the package has been opened, you may also refuse it.
Reporting Damage: If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, you must report this to us within 24 hours of receipt via order@xwrap.nl. Please include clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging, as well as your order number. Reports made after 24 hours cannot be processed.
Returns
14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be undamaged, complete, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions.
Exceptions: Custom-made products, such as custom-cut films, printed stickers, and other personalized items, cannot be returned.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Risk Transfer: Liability for the goods transfers to the carrier at the moment the package is handed over by us. When you sign for receipt, you acknowledge that the package has been received in good condition.
Reporting Damage or Loss: If you notice damage or missing items when unpacking your package, report this immediately within 24 hours with clear photos and a description of the issue. After this period, we cannot determine where the damage occurred, and the carrier can no longer be held responsible.
