Pick up yourself You can also choose to pick up your order yourself at our SHOP in Groningen. You will of course not pay any shipping costs. After placing your order on our webshop, you will receive a notification by e-mail as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. You can then pick up the order in our shop during opening hours or between 09.00 and 17.00. Delivery time Your order will almost always be shipped within one to three business days after receipt of payment. For custom orders, such as stickers or print film, the processing time can be up to approximately five working days. If we are unable to print or deliver the products, the order will be canceled immediately. In this case, the total amount will be refunded within 3 working days. For orders within Europe (and for Belgium and Germany) we use DPD services: a very reliable and fast shipping method. Deliver We use DPD / DHL as postal parcel service. Our packages are therefore delivered to your location by DPD / DHL. When ordering a product you can indicate where the order should be delivered. Wrong delivery address: If you have entered the wrong delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible. However, if the goods have already been shipped, we will have to resend them and the shipping costs will be at our own expense. Not present? If you are not present at the time of delivery, delivery will generally be attempted again. If you are not at home again, the goods will be returned. We can resend the goods, but the shipping costs are for our own account. When do I receive my order? As soon as you place an order in our webshop, we often process the order the same day. As soon as a product is in stock, you can expect the product at the delivery location within 1 to 5 working days. VAT. Prices are shown Incl. or Excl. 21% VAT. Belgian or German companies that order online can charge the VAT. do not request refunds. Damage or damage If you receive the order and there is damage, we advise you to refuse the package. Even as soon as you suspect that your order has been opened. If the product you ordered is broken or damaged. Then we ask you to contact us. via Order@xwrap.nl. Send photos and a specific description. In addition, we can help you best if you also state your order number. 14 days cooling-off period excluding CUSTOMIZATION We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return it within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us, as long as the item is undamaged, complete and in its original packaging. Customization, print, sticker, production work, glass or wrap film, cut to size, unfortunately cannot be returned. Liability We transfer the liability of the goods to the carrier at the time of delivery of the package. If you do accept a package and sign for receipt, this is equivalent to acknowledging that you have received the shipment complete and undamaged in good order. Should you nevertheless discover damage or loss of goods when unpacking your package, you must report this immediately with photos of the damaged goods and packaging and an explanation / reason why this was refused. This must be done within 24 hours. After this time, we can no longer trace where the damage occurred. In that case, the carrier will also not be held responsible for damage. In this case we can no longer help you, no matter how annoying.
